Option 1: Repay in Full
Pay the principal plus any remaining interest. We transfer your shares back to you at the transfer agent at their current value. If the stock appreciated during the loan, you benefit from that gain.
Option 2: Refinance
If you need more time, you may be able to refinance the loan into a new term. We'll re-evaluate your securities and provide new terms based on current market conditions.
Option 3: Walk Away
Because this is a non-recourse loan, you can choose to not repay. We keep the shares, and you have no further obligation. This may have tax implications—consult your tax advisor.
