Founded in 2006, SLS Group (formerly Stock Loan Solutions) is a family office located in Salt Lake City, Utah. We specialize in providing securities-based loans to investors and making direct investments in early-stage companies.
Our primary focus is helping shareholders access liquidity through non-recourse stock loans. We work with investors who hold publicly-traded securities but need capital without selling their positions. Many of our clients have shares that are difficult to finance through traditional channels—micro-cap stocks, restricted shares, or concentrated positions.
