Harvey is the head of business development where he interacts regularly with accredited investors, fund managers, family offices, and broker dealers for originating loans.
Harvey brings over 25 years of experience in microcap trading, securities origination, and capital markets. His background spans the full lifecycle of microcap and OTC securities — from early-stage company development through public markets. At SLS Group, Harvey leads origination and oversees loan structuring for complex restricted stock and insider transactions.
Chief Financial Officer
Joe Thomas has over thirty years of experience leading and operating companies focused on lending and risk management. Joe leads all operations and risk management procedures to ensure deals are closed efficiently and the company's risk is minimized. Joe is a former CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Utah and a Bachelor of Science from Westminster College.
Joe has over 7 years of experience in securities-backed lending and loan operations. He oversees the day-to-day loan process at SLS Group, from initial portfolio assessment through funding and loan servicing. Joe works directly with borrowers and their legal teams to navigate compliance requirements for restricted stock and affiliate-held positions.
